Matt thought it would be nice to do his college reading assignments on the beach today. We spent most of the afternoon at Torrey Pines beach, near the north parking lot. Matt, Jess, and I wanted some shade, so we bought a beach umbrella on the way over. Susan and Scott were quite content in the sun.
